The invention provides a control method and system of material carrying equipment and the material carrying equipment. The method comprises the steps of obtaining the deflection direction and the deflection angle of the material carrying equipment, and judging whether toppling is being carried out or not according to the deflection direction and the deflection angle; and according to the judgment result of whether the material carrying equipment is being toppled or not, performing data processing on related data, and adjusting a lifting mechanism, a pitching mechanism, a steering mechanism, a traveling mechanism, a braking mechanism and the like of the material carrying equipment when necessary, so that the possibility that the material carrying equipment topples is reduced, and therefore, the operation safety of the material carrying equipment is improved.

    本发明提供一种物料搬运设备控制方法、系统及物料搬运设备,通过获取所述物料搬运设备的偏转方向和偏转角度,根据所述偏转方向和偏转角度,判断是否正在倾倒;根据所述是否正在倾倒的判断结果,对相关数据进行数据处理,并在必要的时候对物料搬运设备的举升机构、俯仰机构、转向机构、行驶机构和制动机构等进行调节,以减小和消除物料搬运设备发生倾倒的可能,从而提高物料搬运设备的作业安全性。
