The invention discloses an urban rail transit contact rail system with a noise reduction function, which comprises a system main body, an opening and closing device and a pull-down device, the system main body is a mounting platform of the pull-down device and the opening and closing device, and a plurality of elastic parts are arranged on the system main body and can play a role in degrading sound while the whole device vibrates. The opening and closing device is further provided with an isolation top, external sound can be isolated, the pull-down system is driven through vibration of the device, the mechanical arm system drives a mechanical arm steel cable and the isolation top to act, noise is absorbed into the device, and the device is opened for the next round of noise reduction after being digested, and the pull-down system is provided with a plurality of gears for transmission. The invention aims to reduce the starting power and start the system more easily.
