The invention discloses a battery module assembly with an integrated thermal management system. The battery module assembly comprises a battery module; the battery module assembly further comprises an integrated bottom plate, the battery module is arranged on the integrated bottom plate, a first cavity and a second cavity which are close to the upper surface of the integrated bottom plate are arranged in the integrated bottom plate, the first cavity is a cooling flow channel, a ceramic heater is arranged in the second cavity, and a cooling medium circulates in the cooling flow channel. In addition, the invention also discloses a battery management system which comprises a plurality of battery module assemblies provided by the invention, a plurality of battery modules are connected in series in a main electrical loop, and the ceramic heaters in the integrated bottom plate corresponding to the battery modules are connected in parallel and then are connected in the main electrical loop.
