The invention discloses a vehicle speed control and signal lamp timing method for yellow light dilemma at an intersection, which comprises the following steps: dynamically planning vehicle speed according to vehicle speed, vehicle type and traffic flow, configuring traffic signal lamps at the intersection in real time on the basis of a bee colony excitation-suppression principle, establishing a system evaluation function, solving the effective green light time and yellow light time of each phase, and controlling vehicles passing through the intersection through reasonable traffic lights, so that the number of parking times and delay time are reduced while traffic accidents of the yellow light dilemma of the intersection are reduced, the problem that oil consumption is increased due to frequent braking or too large acceleration is solved, and the traffic capacity of the intersection is improved, and the road utilization rate is increased.

    本发明公开了一种用于交叉路口黄灯困境的车速控制和信号灯配时方法,该方法根据车速、车辆类型、车流量动态规划车速,基于蜂群激励‑抑制原理,实时配置交叉路口交通信号灯,通过构建系统评价函数,求解各相位的有效绿灯时间和黄灯时间,以合理的交通信号灯控制通过交叉路口的车辆,降低交叉路口黄灯困境的交通事故的同时也降低停车次数和延误时间,避免因频繁刹车或过大的加速度导致油耗加大的问题,提高交叉路口的通行能力,增加了道路利用率。
