The invention just aims to solve the above problem. A plurality of image acquisition devices arranged above a parking space and on the ground are used for acquiring a plurality of images; license plates are easy to shield due to the characteristics of the height and size of the head and tail of vehicles are large in the relation of vehicle types, but the chassis heights of most vehicles are not greatly different, and the vehicles with low chassis are usually short in body, and therefore, relatively complete license plate images can be basically acquired through the two image acquisition devices above the parking space and on the ground, and the license plate recognition result of a parking system is reliable and timely.
本发明公开了一种辅助泊车方法,现有技术中当车辆体积较大而车辆间距较小时,泊车系统无法及时正确识别车牌以及难以确定车辆是否到达应当开启车位锁的位置的技术问题,通过车位上方和地面上设置的多个图像采集装置采集多个图像,由于车辆车型的关系存在车头和车尾高度高、体积大的特点,从而易遮蔽车牌,但大部分车辆的底盘高度相差不大,而且底盘低的车辆常常车身较矮,因此通过车位上方和地面上两种图像采集装置基本能保证采集到相对完整的车牌图像,从而使泊车系统对车牌的识别结果可靠及时。
