The invention provides a bridge monitoring control system based on traffic flow. The bridge monitoring control system comprises an induction coil monitoring module, a control module connected with the induction coil monitoring module, and a deflection detection module connected with the control module. The induction coil monitoring module is configured to monitor whether a vehicle passes through a bridge in real time and generate a corresponding state signal when monitoring that the vehicle passes through the bridge; the control module is configured to respond to the state signal and convert the state signal into a starting signal; and the deflection detection module is configured to be started in response to the starting signal and start to detect the deflection of the bridge to obtain the deflection information of the bridge. According to the bridge monitoring control system based on the traffic flow, the deflection detection module is started only when the vehicle passes through the bridge so that the invalid standby time of the deflection detection module is greatly shortened, and the power consumption cost and the equipment loss are reduced.
