The invention discloses a suspension type offshore wind generating set. The suspension type offshore wind generating set comprises a tower, a fan and a yaw system and further comprises a suspension frame installed at the bottom end of the tower, a balance adjusting system is arranged in the suspension frame, and the suspension frame is fixed to a seabed through an anchor chain; the suspension frame comprises three suspension cylinders which are vertically arranged, the three suspension cylinders are distributed in a regular triangle shape, and two adjacent suspension cylinders are connected through a fixing rod; the tower is vertically connected to the top end of one suspension cylinder; and the balance adjusting system comprises a balance sensing module, a control module, a water feeding and discharging module and an inter-cylinder water flowing adjusting module. When the yaw system adjusts the angle of the fan according to the change of the wind direction to cause the change of the gravity center of the whole offshore wind generating set, the balance sensing module collects gravity center data of the suspension frame, and the control module controls the water feeding and discharging module and the inter-cylinder water flowing adjusting module to adjust the change of the water level in three suspension cylinders according to the gravity center data, so that the gravity center of the whole offshore wind generating set is kept stable.

    本发明公开了一种悬浮式海上风力发电机组,包括塔架、风机和偏航系统,还包括安装在塔架底端的悬浮架,悬浮架内设置有平衡调整系统,悬浮架通过锚链固定在海床上;悬浮架包括三个竖直设置的悬浮筒,三个悬浮筒呈正三角形状分布,相邻两个悬浮筒之间通过固定杆连接;塔架垂直连接在其中一个悬浮筒顶端;平衡调整系统包括平衡传感模块、控制模块、进排水模块和筒间走水调整模块。当偏航系统根据风向变化调整风机角度导致整个海上风力发电机组的重心变化以后,通过平衡传感模块采集悬浮架的重心数据,控制模块根据所述重心数据控制进排水模块和筒间走水调整模块通过调整三个悬浮筒内水位的变化,从而使整个海上风力发电机组的重心保持稳定。
