The invention provides tire tread rubber with tear resistance and an all-steel radial tire. The tread rubber is prepared from the following formula materials: 100 parts by mass of natural rubber, 0.2-0.3 part by mass of a chemical peptizer, 40-60 parts by mass of rubber reinforced carbon black, 5-20 parts by mass of white carbon black, 0-20 parts by mass of a petroleum-based plasticizer, 3-6 parts by mass of an active agent, 1.5-7 parts by mass of an anti-aging component, 0.1-0.2 part by mass of a scorch retarder, 1-2 parts by mass of a vulcanizing agent, and 1-2 parts by mass of a vulcanization accelerator. According to the tread rubber formula disclosed by the invention, an all-natural rubber raw rubber system is adopted and mainly cooperates with the added high-content petroleum plasticizer, and a combined design of other materials is adopted, so that the ductility and the like of a rubber material can be improved, and the effects of cutting resistance and tear resistance are enhanced, thereby prolonging the driving life of a tire on a mixed pavement.

    本发明提供了一种具有抗撕裂性的轮胎胎面胶及全钢子午线轮胎,该胎面胶由以下配方物料制备而成:100质量份的天然橡胶;0.2~0.3质量份的化学塑解剂;40~60质量份的橡胶补强碳黑;5~20质量份的白碳黑;0~20质量份的石油类增塑剂;3~6质量份的活性剂;1.5~7质量份的老防组分;0.1~0.2质量份的防焦剂;1~2质量份的硫化剂;1~2质量份的硫化促进剂。本发明所述的胎面胶配方采用全天然胶生胶体系,主要搭配添加高含量石油类增塑剂,以及其他材料的组合设计,能够提升胶料的延伸率等,强化抗切割性与抗撕裂性的效果,从而提升轮胎在混合路面的行驶寿命。
