The folding forward-moving oil cylinder comprises a plurality of sets of cylinder barrel bodies which are arranged in parallel and in opposite directions, piston rods which do telescopic motion are movably arranged in the cylinder barrel bodies, one ends of the piston rods are provided with ball head lug rings, and the cylinder barrel bodies are provided with stabilizing devices which keep synchronous telescopic motion with the piston rods. According to the oil cylinder, the outer walls of the cylinder barrel bodies are provided with stabilizer rods capable of synchronously extending and retracting with the piston rods, and the other ends of the stabilizer bars are fixedly sleeved with guide seats located on the outer walls of the cylinder barrel bodies, so that after the piston rods at the two ends extend and are stressed, the structural strength of a whole cylinder body is enhanced, and the cylinder body is not easy to deform; and meanwhile, the oil cylinder is obliquely arranged between a forklift body and a portal frame, so that the length of the whole forklift is further reduced, the turning radius of the whole forklift and a stacking channel of the whole forklift are further reduced, and the trafficability of the whole forklift is greatly improved.
