The invention discloses a feeding device for heat treatment of a piston rod of an excavator oil cylinder. The feeding device comprises a supporting frame, a lifting mechanism, a buffering mechanism and a conveying mechanism, wherein a telescopic air cylinder is arranged in the supporting frame, and a lifting rod is arranged at the position, located on one side of the supporting frame, of the top end of the telescopic air cylinder; the lifting mechanism comprises a placing frame located at the bottom of the lifting rod, a first connecting rod is arranged at the bottom end of the placing frame, a first placing plate is arranged on the inner side of the lifting rod, a fixing block is arranged on the inner side of the first placing plate, and torsion springs are arranged at the positions, located in the first placing plate, of the two ends of the fixing block. According to the feeding device, by arranging the buffering mechanism, the piston rod presses a pressing plate through the gravity of the piston rod in the process of entering a feeding bin, so that air in a first air bag is squeezed into a second air bag, and the piston rod can be buffered through the second air bag.

    本发明公开了一种挖掘机油缸活塞杆热处理上料装置,包括支撑架、升降机构、缓冲机构、输送机构,所述支撑架的内部设置有伸缩气缸,且伸缩气缸的顶端位于支撑架的一侧设置有升降杆;其中,所述升降机构包括有位于升降杆底部的放置架,所述放置架的底端设置有一号连接杆,所述升降杆的内侧设置有一号放置板,且一号放置板的内侧设置有固定块,所述固定块的两端位于一号放置板的内部设置有扭力弹簧。本发明通过设置缓冲机构使活塞杆在进入送料仓内部的过程中,通过自身重力对压板进行按压,从而将一号气囊内的气体挤入二号气囊内,由此便可通过二号气囊来对活塞杆进行缓冲。
