The invention discloses an elevator locking mechanism which comprises bearing seat supports located on the left side and the right side of the mechanism. Transmission shaft assemblies are installed on the two bearing seat supports, a driving motor is arranged between the opposite ends of the two transmission shaft assemblies, and the other ends of the two transmission shaft assemblies are connected with one ends of screw assemblies. The other ends of the two screw assemblies are connected with one ends of locking connecting rod assemblies, and the other ends of the two locking connecting rod assemblies are connected with connecting rod fixing bases. According to the elevator locking mechanism, rotation of a driving motor is converted into swing of the locking connecting rod assemblies, the vertical swing amplitude in the conveying process of an elevator is controlled according to the connecting rod mechanism dead point principle, stress is conducted through a dead point mechanism, torque output of the driving motor is reduced, the power of the driving motor is reduced, the problems that in a traditional technical scheme, the swing amplitude is large, and a locking bearing is prone to being damaged are effectively solved, the stopping time is shortened, the equipment starting rate is increased, and the overhauling difficulty and cost are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种升降机锁紧机构,包括位于机构左右两侧的轴承座支架,两个所述轴承座支架上均安装有传动轴组件,两个所述传动轴组件的相对端之间设置有驱动电机,两个所述传动轴组件的另一端均连接有螺杆组件的一端,两个所述螺杆组件的另一端均连接有锁紧连杆总成的一端,两个所述锁紧连杆总成的另一端均连接有连杆固定座。本发明将驱动电机的转动转变为锁紧连杆总成的摆动,利用连杆机构死点原理,控制升降机输送过程中上下摆动幅度,通过死点机构将受力传导,减少驱动电机的转矩输出,减小驱动电机功率,有效的解决了传统技术方案中摆动幅度大、锁紧轴承容易损坏的问题,减少了停台时间,提高设备开动率,降低了检修难度,降低成本。
