A light-weight locking device for unmanned aerial vehicle ejection mainly comprises a rotating arm, a middle arm, a triangular arm, a balancing weight, an extension spring, fixing shafts, a spring cotter and a frame body, the rotating arm and the triangular arm are hinged to the frame body through the two fixing shafts and can rotate around the fixing shafts, the rotating arm and the triangular arm are hinged through the middle arm through two rotating shafts. The balancing weight is hinged to the triangular arm through the rotating shaft, one side of the extension spring is connected to a fixed shaft hinged to the rotating arm, the other side of the extension spring is connected to the triangular arm, the spring cotter is pressed on the triangular arm through elastic force of the compression spring, and the functions of locking and automatic unlocking by setting acceleration are achieved. The device is simple in structure, light in weight and small in needed installation space, meanwhile, a pure mechanical structure is adopted, and the design of wiring and pipe arrangement of electric control and hydraulic control is eliminated, so that the whole structure is not limited by electric power and hydraulic pressure; in addition, through the dead point characteristic of the connecting rod, the stress environment of the structure is greatly optimized, and the reliability of the device is enhanced.

    一种用于无人机弹射的轻量化锁紧装置,主要包括旋转臂、中间臂、三角臂、配重块、拉伸弹簧、固定轴、弹簧插销以及架体,旋转臂和三角臂通过两根固定轴铰接在架体上,可以绕固定轴旋转,中间臂通过两根旋转轴将旋转臂和三角臂铰接,配重块通过旋转轴铰接在三角臂上,拉伸弹簧一边连接在铰接旋转臂的固定轴,一边连接在三角臂,弹簧插销利用压缩弹簧的弹力压紧在三角臂上,具有锁紧和设定加速度自动解锁功能。本发明结构简洁、重量轻、所需的安装空间小,同时,采用纯机械结构,摒除了电控、液压控制的布线、布管的设计,使整个结构不会受到电力、液压的限制;此外,本装置通过连杆的死点特性,大大优化了结构的受力环境,增强了装置的可靠性。
