The invention discloses an aircraft power supply and fuel tank inerting integrated system and an aircraft fuel tank inerting method. The aircraft power supply and fuel tank inerting integrated system comprises a hydrogen cylinder, an oxygen cylinder and a mixing valve. An outlet of the mixing valve is sequentially connected with a gas channel of the fuel cell, a heat exchanger and a water separator through a pipeline; a gas outlet of the water separator is respectively connected with a first control valve and a second control valve through pipelines; the other end of the first control valve is communicated with the outside of the machine; an outlet of the second control valve is sequentially connected with a first temperature sensor, a first pressure sensor, a first flow sensor, a first oxygen concentration sensor and a first flame arrester through pipelines, and finally, is connected to a fuel tank; and a current outlet of the fuel cell is connected with a storage battery through a cable. According to the invention, required extra electric energy can be provided for an airplane, the power generation efficiency is higher, and meanwhile, the fuel tank can be inerted to be in a non-combustible state.
本发明公开了一种飞机供电和燃油箱惰化一体系统及飞机燃油箱惰化方法,其中飞机供电和燃油箱惰化一体系统包括氢气瓶、氧气瓶和混合阀。所述混合阀出口通过管道依次连接有燃料电池的气体通道、换热器、水分离器;所述水分离器气体出口通过管道分别连接有第一控制阀、第二控制阀,其中所述第一控制阀另一端连通至机外,所述第二控制阀出口通过管道依次连接有第一温度传感器、第一压力传感器、第一流量传感器、第一氧浓度传感器、第一阻火器,最后连通到油箱,所述燃料电池电流出口通过电缆连接有蓄电池。本发明可以为飞机提供所需的额外电能,具有更高的发电效率且同时可惰化燃油箱,使其处于不可燃的状态。
