The invention discloses a height adjusting method for a self-adaptive front lighting system. The height adjusting method comprises the following steps that a longitudinal slope signal is obtained through calculation of a whole vehicle sensor signal; an AFS control unit obtains a longitudinal slope signal of the whole vehicle in real time through a CAN network of the whole vehicle; the AFS control unit analyzes the vehicle longitudinal slope signal to obtain vehicle body trim angle information of the vehicle, and drives the AFS execution unit to automatically adjust the inclination of a light and shade cut-off line vertical dimming zero point line relative to a reference line by inquiring a vehicle body trim angle-light and shade cut-off line vertical dimming zero point inclination relation table; the light height of the headlamp is changed along with the change of the gradient of the dimming zero line in the vertical direction of the light and shade cut-off line so as to increase the illumination view field. A height sensor does not need to be added, the development cost of the AFS system is greatly reduced, and the real-time performance is better.
本发明公开了一种自适应前照明系统的高度调节方法,包括以下步骤:通过整车传感器信号计算得到纵向坡度信号;AFS控制单元通过整车CAN网络实时获取整车纵向坡度信号;AFS控制单元解析整车纵向坡度信号得到整车车身纵倾角信息,通过查询整车车身纵倾角‑明暗截止线垂直向调光零点倾斜度关系表驱动AFS执行单元自动调节明暗截止线垂直向调光零点线相对于基准线的倾斜度,前照灯灯光高度随着明暗截止线垂直向调光零点线倾斜度的改变而改变,以增加照明视野。该不需要增加高度传感器,较大降低了AFS系统开发成本,且实时性更好。
