The invention discloses a clamping and locking type hub mounting structure. By rotating the driving internal thread ring, the driving internal thread ring drives the moving ring column to move, the moving ring column drives the driving ring body to move after moving, and when the driving ring body moves towards the interior of the driving groove, the driving ring surface abuts against the driven block to move towards the outer side along the penetrating groove, so that the spokes move towards the outer side; and meanwhile, the movable ring column drives the penetrating connection block to slide on the positioning screw rod, and after adjustment is completed, the clamping nuts are rotated so that the clamping nuts can be installed on the two sides of the penetrating connection block in a clamped mode, so that structural locking is formed, and the abutting tightness of the driving ring body and the driven block is ensured. According to the clamping and locking type hub mounting structure, synchronous driving to the multiple spokes is realized, and meanwhile, the stability of the structure is realized.

    本发明公开了一种夹持锁定式轮毂安装结构,包括轮辋、中心盘、辐条、驱动夹持组件;本发明通过旋转驱动内螺纹环,驱动内螺纹环带动移动环柱移动,移动环柱移动后带动驱动环体移动,当驱动环体向驱动槽内部移动时通过驱动环面抵压从动块沿着穿接槽向外侧移动,实现辐条向外侧移动,同时移动环柱带动穿接块在定位螺杆上滑动,当调节完毕之后,旋转夹持螺母,使得夹持螺母夹持安装于穿接块的两侧,如此形成了结构的锁定,确保了驱动环体与从动块的抵接紧密性,本发明不仅实现了同步驱动多个辐条,同时实现了结构的稳固性。
