The invention discloses a Cu and Ti3AlC2 functionally graded material for a pantograph pan and a preparation method of the Cu and Ti3AlC2 functionally graded material. The Cu and Ti3AlC2 functionally graded material has 3 layers to 6 layers, and the volume fraction gradient change of Cu and Ti3AlC2 is 5%-95%. The contents of Cu and Ti3AlC2 in the functionally graded material change in a gradient manner in the thickness direction, and the hardness, strength, wear resistance and oxidation resistance of the material are gradually improved in the direction from Cu-rich to Ti3AlC2-rich. In the direction from Ti3AlC2-rich to Cu-rich, the electric conductivity, the heat conductivity and the toughness are gradually improved. According to the preparation method, Cu powder and Ti3AlC2 powder obtained by sintering fused salt are used as a raw material, the powder is uniformly mixed and then is put into a graphite mold in a layered manner, and the Cu and Ti3AlC2 functionally graded material is obtained through a spark plasma sintering method. The prepared Cu and Ti3AlC2 functionally graded material is weakened in internal interface, mild in thermal stress, different in contact surface performance and excellent in overall performance, and has a good application prospect in pantograph pan materials.

    本发明公开了一种受电弓滑板用的Cu与Ti3AlC2功能梯度材料及其制备方法,Cu与Ti3AlC2功能梯度材料由3~6层组成,Cu材料与Ti3AlC2材料的体积分数梯度变化为5%~95%。功能梯度材料Cu和Ti3AlC2含量沿厚度方向呈梯度变化,沿富Cu到富Ti3AlC2方向,材料硬度、强度、耐磨性及抗氧化性能逐渐提高。沿富Ti3AlC2到富Cu方向,电导率、热导率、韧性逐渐提高。本发明制备方法是以Cu粉和熔盐烧结得到的Ti3AlC2粉末为原料,混粉均匀后分层装于石墨模具中,通过放电等离子烧结方法得到。制得的Cu与Ti3AlC2功能梯度材料内部界面弱化,热应力缓和,不同接触面性能不同,整体性能优异,具有良好的在受电弓滑板材料的应用前景。
