The invention discloses a novel battery pack cooling device which comprises a battery box, a forward cold air channel, a reverse cold air channel and a middle partition plate, and further comprises a rectification grid arranged at an air inlet of a cooling channel of the battery box, the battery box comprises a shell and a plurality of battery packs in the battery box, the battery packs are fixed in the shell side by side or divided into an upper layer and a lower layer, a middle partition plate is transversely arranged in the middle of the battery box and divides the cooling channel in the battery box into a forward cold air channel and a reverse cold air channel. The battery pack is cooled by using reverse layered airflow, so that the consistency of the overall temperature of the battery pack can be greatly improved, the maximum temperature and the maximum temperature difference of the battery pack are reduced, the service life of the battery is prolonged, and low energy consumption is realized; and meanwhile, the middle partition plate is made of a strong heat conduction material, heat exchange can be performed through the transverse partition plates when the temperature of cooling air in the upper and lower channels is not uniform, and the consistency of the overall temperature of the battery pack is further ensured.
本发明公开了一种新型电池组冷却装置,包括电池盒、正向冷风通道、逆向冷风通道和中间隔板,还包括设置在电池盒冷却通道进风口的整流栅,所述电池盒包括外壳和内部的多个电池组,所述多个电池组并排或分为上下两层固定于外壳内,所述电池盒中部横向布置有中间隔板,所述中间隔板将电池盒内部冷却通道分为正向冷风通道和逆向冷风通道。本发明利用反向分层气流对电池组进行冷却,可以大大提高电池组整体温度的一致性,降低电池组的最高温度和最大温差,增加电池使用寿命,实现低能耗;同时,中间隔板是由强导热材料制成,当上下层通道中冷却空气温度不均匀时可通过横向隔板进行热交换,进一步确保电池组整体温度的一致性。
