The invention discloses a fuel cell vehicle energy management optimization method based on working condition prediction, which comprises two parts of working condition prediction and energy management control, wherein the energy management optimization control comprises inner-layer power cell energy optimization control and outer-layer fuel cell energy optimization control. For an electricity-electricity hybrid fuel cell vehicle, a Markov model is adopted to predict a driving working condition so as to obtain a motor demand power, and a dynamic programming algorithm is adopted in inner layer control to obtain a power cell reference target power and a fuel cell reference target power; and then the outer layer control corrects the reference target power of the fuel cell according to a voltage recession model of the fuel cell system so as to realize energy distribution of multiple power sources. The method provided by the invention can optimize the working point of the power source, actively prolong the service life of the power battery, and improve the durability of the fuel battery and the economical efficiency of the vehicle.
本发明公开一种基于工况预测的燃料电池汽车能量管理优化方法,包括工况预测和能量管理控制两部分,其中,能量管理优化控制包括内层动力电池能量优化控制和外层燃料电池能量优化控制。针对电‑电混合燃料电池汽车,采用马尔可夫模型预测行驶工况,进而获得电机需求功率,内层控制采用动态规划算法获得动力电池参考目标功率和燃料电池参考目标功率,然后外层控制根据燃料电池系统电压衰退模型修正燃料电池参考目标功率,进而实现多动力源的能量分配。本发明提出的方法可以优化动力源的工作点,主动延长动力电池寿命,提高燃料电池耐久性和车辆经济性。
