According to the crane counterweight detection method and system and the crane, data interaction between the radio frequency receiving and processing device and the radio frequency tags is completed in a wireless non-contact mode of wireless communication, the detection is not limited by the arrangement position of the counterweight blocks, the combination state of the counterweight blocks and the total weight of all the counterweight blocks can be detected through the tag information of the radio frequency tags, and finally, the detection of the combination state of the counterweight and the detection of the total weight of the counterweight are realized.

    本发明提供了一种起重机配重检测方法、系统及起重机,起重机配重检测系统包括射频接收处理装置和分别适于设置于不同配重块上的射频标签,射频标签的标签信息包括对应配重块的重量信息;射频接收处理装置用于:获取操作手配重选择信息以及接收范围内的各射频标签的标签信息;根据各标签信息确定配重组合和总重信息;根据配重组合和总重信息和操作手配重选择信息进行配重工况选择核算。本发明中,利用射频接收处理装置与射频标签通过无线通讯的这种无线非接触的方式完成数据交互,检测不受配重块的设置位置的限制,还可以通过射频标签的标签信息检测出配重块的组合状态和所有配重块的总重量,最终实现对配重组合状态的检测及配重总重量的检测。
