A novel-principle wing and a low-speed lifting aircraft belong to the field of transportation. The invention provides a streamline wing with an air inlet and an air outlet in a bottom. A flow velocity difference between the two surfaces of the wing is remarkably increased so that an aircraft can take off at a low speed. The invention provides a device for using three fluids, namely liquid metal, plasmas and an electrolyte solution, as a conductor loop of an electromagnetic emission aircraft, and a metal propeller which is provided with a through hole channel and is filled with a conductive fluid is connected with the conductor loop so that a contact resistance is obviously reduced, and a large current is allowed in the loop. And a high-permeability magnetic conductive plate is laid on a linear conductor loop part so that the magnetic induction intensity is enhanced. A strong magnetic field generated by the conductor loop acts on the propeller through which a large current passes, a strong thrust is generated on the aircraft, and therefore the take-off runway is remarkably shortened. The invention provides the aircraft with wings serving as a cabin. The aircraft is universal for sea, land and air. The invention provides a T-shaped cannonball or bullet launched by electromagnetism. A cannonball and bullet track is straighter.
