The invention discloses a method for enhancing the anti-collision capacity of a kart frame and belongs to the technical field of kart. The method for enhancing the anti-collision capacity of the kart frame comprises a frame, two anti-collision rods and a crumple assembly, wherein one end of each anti-collision rod is fixed to the inner side of an arch structure of a plane at a front end of the frame, the opposite positions of the two anti-collision rods are detachably connected with the collapsing assemblies, and the frame is made of steel pipes. After the anti-collision rod is additionally arranged in the plane arch-shaped structure, when the kart is collided, the anti-collision rod absorbs impact generated by collision, and the kart frame is protected; meanwhile, due to protection of the anti-collision rod, the frame can be designed to be soft, and therefore effective deformation can be generated to absorb road impact.

    本发明公开了一种增强卡丁车车架抗碰撞能力的方法,属于卡丁车技术领域,该增强卡丁车车架抗碰撞能力的方法包括车架、防撞杆、溃缩组件,所述防撞杆共设有两根,每根防撞杆的一端固定在车架前端平面弓形结构内侧,两根防撞杆相对位置可拆卸连接所述溃缩组件,车架采用钢管制造;本发明在平面弓形结构内增加了防撞杆后,卡丁车在发生碰撞时,防撞杆吸收了由碰撞产生的冲击,保护了车架;同时由于防撞杆的保护,使得车架可以设计得较软,从而可以产生有效形变,以吸收路面冲击。
