The invention discloses a linear displacement sensor based on functional safety design and a signal processing method. The linear displacement sensor comprises a magnet, a PCBA board and a controller, wherein the magnet is fixed on a screw rod of an automobile rear wheel steering system through a connecting piece, a PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) board is arranged right above the magnet, two magnetoresistive sensors are arranged on the PCBA board along the movement direction of the magnet at a certain interval, and the two magnetoresistive sensors can detect movement displacement of the magnet; the two magnetoresistive sensors are both connected with the controller, and the controller calculates the steering offset of the rear wheels of the automobile according to detection signals of the two magnetoresistive sensors. The displacement sensor is simple in structure, when any one magnetoresistive sensor breaks down, the other magnetoresistive sensor can still detect the position of the magnet, at the moment, the sensors output one path of displacement signal waveform, safety of vehicle driving is guaranteed, meanwhile, multiple paths of displacement signals outputted by the multiple magnetoresistive sensors can be used for verifying a rear wheel steering controller, input reliability of displacement signals is guaranteed, and displacement detection of the rear wheel steering system is achieved.

    本发明公开了一种基于功能安全设计的线性位移传感器及信号处理方法,包括磁体、PCBA板和控制器;磁体通过连接件固定在汽车后轮转向系统丝杆上,磁体正上方安装有PCBA板,PCBA板上沿磁体运动方向按一定间隔布置有两个磁阻传感器,两个磁阻传感器均可对磁体的运动位移进行检测;两个磁阻传感器均与控制器连接,控制器根据两个磁阻传感器的检测信号计算汽车后轮转向偏移量。本发明结构简单,可以当任一磁阻传感器出现故障时,另外一路磁阻传感器仍然可以检测磁体位置,此时传感器输出一路位移信号波形,保证车辆行驶的安全,同时多个磁阻传感器输出的多路位移信号可以供后轮转向控制器校验使用,保证位移信号的输入可靠性,实现对后轮转向系统位移检测。
