The invention discloses a multi-main-speed-reducer dual-motor coupling driving system which is composed of a main driving motor, a main motor driving gear, a rotating speed coupling driving gear, a rotating speed coupling device, an auxiliary motor driving gear, an auxiliary driving motor, an auxiliary motor driven gear, a differential mechanism, a rotating speed coupling driven gear, a main motor driven gear and an electromagnetic clutch. By changing different opening and closing states of the electromagnetic clutch and different working states of the two driving motors, four driving modes of double-motor rotating speed coupling driving, double-motor torque coupling driving, main motor independent driving and auxiliary motor independent driving can be realized; and the efficient interval of the two driving motors can be fully utilized to match different driving working conditions, the economical efficiency of the whole vehicle is improved, and the endurance mileage is increased. Meanwhile, a multi-main speed reduction design is adopted, power of different driving modes is directly output to the differential mechanism, transmission links are few, and the transmission efficiency is high; and a differential shell is directly adopted for torque coupling, the number of shaft systems is reduced, and the structure is more compact.
本发明公开了一种多主减速器双电机耦合驱动系统,由主驱动电机、主电机主动齿轮、转速耦合主动齿轮、转速耦合装置、辅助电机主动齿轮、辅助驱动电机、辅助电机从动齿轮、差速器、转速耦合从动齿轮、主电机从动齿轮、电磁离合器组成。通过变换电磁离合器的不同开合状态和两台驱动电机的不同工作状态,可实现双电机转速耦合驱动、双电机转矩耦合驱动、主电机单独驱动和辅助电机单独驱动四种驱动模式,可以更充分地利用两台驱动电机的高效区间匹配不同行驶工况,改善整车经济性,提高续航里程。同时采用多主减速设计,不同驱动模式的动力直接输出到差速器,传动环节少,传动效率高;直接采用差速器壳体进行转矩耦合,减少轴系数量,结构更紧凑。
