The invention discloses an ETC lane passing control method and device. Passive ground radars are arranged on an access road surface of an ETC vehicle passing port of a highway, and handrails are arranged on one sides of vehicles entering and leaving the highway. The method comprises the following steps: after a first vehicle passes through the passive ground radars when entering or leaving the highway, detecting whether a vehicle follows the vehicle; if it is detected that the distance between a second vehicle and the first vehicle is smaller than the preset distance, judging that the vehicle follows the first vehicle; and controlling the handrail to be kept in a put-down state, not releasing the first vehicle and the second vehicle. The passive ground radars are arranged on ETC lanes for entering and exiting the highway, so that detection of vehicles is realized; in order to avoid the problem that a rear vehicle collides with a front vehicle and evades to pay highway toll due to close following, the distance between adjacent vehicles is controlled by presetting a safety distance; and if the vehicle is detected to follow the vehicle, the ETC lane does not release the vehicles.

    本申请公开了一种ETC车道通行控制方法及设备,在高速公路ETC车辆通行口的进出路面设置无源地面雷达,并且在车辆进入高速和驶出高速的一侧设置栏杆,所述方法包括:第一车辆驶入或驶出高速时经过所述无源地面雷达后,检测是否有车辆跟车;如果检测到有第二车辆与所述第一车辆之间的距离小于预设距离,则确定有车辆跟车;控制所述栏杆保持放下状态,对所述第一车辆和所述第二车辆均不放行。在进出高速的ETC车道设置无源地面雷达,实现对车辆的检测。为了避免后车紧跟前车发生车辆碰撞和逃避缴纳高速过路费的问题,预设安全距离对相邻车辆之间的距离进行控制。如果检测到有车辆跟车时,ETC车道不放行。
