The invention discloses a casting conveying method based on gravity. An operator at a first station hangs a casting on a hook, pulls a block stopping mechanism power rod and then loosens the block stopping mechanism power rod so that the casting can slide to a next station along with a second slide way, and an operator at a next station takes down the casting and then only needs to tread a lifting driving rod with a foot so that the empty hook can return to the first station along a first sliding, extra energy is not needed in the whole operation process, conveying is carried out completely depending on the gravity of a sliding block and a product, and the energy bottleneck of a casting production enterprise is effectively solved.

    本发明公开了一种基于重力的铸件传输方法,第一工位的操作人员将铸件挂在挂钩上,拉动块阻挡机构动力杆再松开,即可将铸件随着第二滑道滑动至下一工位,下一工位的操作人员取下铸件后,只需要用脚踩动升降驱动杆即可将空挂钩沿着第一滑动返回第一工位,整个操作过程不需要额外能源,完全依靠滑块和产品的重力进行传输,有效解决了铸件生产企业的能源瓶颈。
