The invention relates to an AGV platform for carrying a numerical control positioner, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft assembling and manufacturing. The AGV platform comprises a chassis which is provided with a main body and bearing arms located at the two ends of the main body to form a U-shaped structure, a supporting mechanism, a lifting mechanism, a driving wheel set, a navigation system and a control system; the appearance of the chassis is matched with that of a numerical control positioner, and the two bearing arms can extend to the two sides of the numerical control positioner; the supporting mechanism is arranged on the inner sides of the two bearing arms, can be matched with a groove in the outer wall of the numerical control positioner and slides along the groove; the lifting mechanism is used for controlling the supporting mechanism to lift; the driving wheel set is arranged at the bottom of the chassis; and the control system controls the AGV platform to walk according to the position information of the navigation system. The lifting mechanism is used for driving the supporting mechanism to move upwards, so that the numerical control positioner is lifted to leave the bottom surface, and then the supporting mechanism drives the lifting mechanism to move downwards after the numerical control positioner moves to a preset position along with the AGV platform, so that the numerical control positioner falls back to the bottom surface. The whole device is high in adaptability and working efficiency.

    本发明涉及一种搬运数控定位器的AGV平台,属于飞机装配与制造技术领域。包括:底盘,设有主体和位于主体两端的承重臂,形成U型结构,与数控定位器的外形相适应,两承重臂可伸到数控定位器的两侧;托举机构,设置在两承重臂的内侧,可与位于数控定位器外壁的凹槽配合,沿凹槽滑动;升降机构,用于控制托举机构升降;驱动轮组,设置在底盘的底部;导航系统和控制系统,控制系统根据导航系统的位置信息控制AGV平台行走。利用升降机构带动托举机构向上移动,从而将数控定位器抬起,使其离开底面,然后随AGV平台移动到预设的位置后,升降机构带动托举机构向下移动,使数控定位器落回到底面。整个装置适应性强,工作效率高。
