The invention provides an anti-icing aircraft direction-changing empennage which comprises a main body, and a direction-changing plate is arranged on one side of the main body in an embedded mode and used for adjusting airflow flowing of the aircraft empennage in a left-right direction-changing mode; a lifting groove, wherein an opening of the lifting groove is formed in a rectangular open groove, close to the connecting position of the turning plate, of the main body; and an ice breaking structure which is connected to the middle of the opening groove of the lifting groove in a penetrating and embedded mode. The ice breaking structure arranged on the device can rotate through the impact of airflow in the running process of an aircraft, the ice breaking structure rotates when being impacted to be attached to the joint of the turning plate, and ice condensed on the surface is broken by beating the turning plate; therefore, the turning deflection of the turning plate is not influenced by the ice layer condensed at the joint.
