The invention provides a discharging car hopper structure of a constructional engineering car, belongs to the technical field of car hoppers of cars, and aims to solve the problem that when residual materials in an existing car hopper are cleaned, the convenience of cleaning the residual materials in the car hopper is greatly reduced due to the fact that the residual materials need to be manually assisted by a knocking tool. The structure comprises a vehicle body; a hopper is rotationally connected to the rear side of the upper end face of a vehicle frame through a rotating shaft, and an extending vehicle hopper is slidably connected to the rear side in the hopper. A supporting plate is fixedly connected to the lower portion of the front end face of the hopper, and a knocking mechanism and a driving mechanism are arranged at the bottom of the supporting plate. Through the arrangement of a knocking mechanism, when an incomplete gear and a rack lose meshing, two sliding barrels on the rack rapidly rebound backwards to original positions under the action of springs outside limiting sliding rods, so that a knocking block at the rear end of the rack collides with the front end face of a vibration plate, and residual materials on the bottom end faces in a hopper and an extending vehicle hopper are effectively cleaned, so the convenience of cleaning residual materials in the car hopper is greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种建筑工程推车的卸料车斗结构,属于推车车斗技术领域,以解决现有车斗内部在清理残留物料时,由于需要人工通过敲击工具辅助完成,进而大大降低了车斗内清理残留物料时的便捷性的问题,包括:车体,所述车体车架上端面后侧通过转轴转动连接有料斗,且料斗内部后侧滑动连接有延伸车斗;所述料斗前端面下部固定连接有支撑板,且支撑板底部分别设有敲击机构和驱动机构。本发明通过敲击机构的设置,当不完全齿轮与齿条失去啮合后,齿条上两个滑筒在限位滑杆外部弹簧作用下快速向后弹回原位,从而使齿条后端敲击块与振动板前端面相碰撞,使料斗和延伸车斗内部底端面残留物料得到有效清理作用,大大提高了本车斗内清理残留物料时的便捷性。
