The invention discloses a prompting system for changing the touch sense of a vehicle steering wheel. The system comprises a touch sense change generating component A, a touch sense change driving component B, a connecting component C for connecting the component A with the component B, and an optional connecting component D for connecting the component B with a vehicle power supply and a bus signal. The component A is an inflatable or liquid-filled light and thin touchable component composed of an elastic hose or a thin film, and can generate perceptible deformation according to air pressure or hydraulic pressure changes after being driven. The component B is provided with a controller and control software, and when the component B obtains running state data of a vehicle from a bus through a wired connection component D or wireless connection, the component B sends out a driving instruction according to conditions preset by the control software to drive the air pressure or hydraulic pressure change of the touch sense change generating component A, therefore, the touch sense change of the steering wheel to the hands of the driver is generated, the driver can be prompted, the driving safety is promoted, and the personal and property safety is guaranteed.
