Thus, the power switching time is judged according to the current count of the counter, too early or too late power switching can be avoided, the situation that power is insufficient in the starting stage of the vehicle due to too early power switching can be reduced, and the situation that the battery is over-discharged or is damaged due to over-current due to too late power switching can also be reduced.
