The invention discloses a self-service parking charging system for straight and inclined parking spaces. The self-service parking charging system is characterized in that a camera is arranged in the middle of the bottom part of each parking space, is opposite to an entrance/exit channel of the parking space, is provided with a unique equipment number and is matched with the corresponding parking space, and the camera is provided with a wireless module and can be connected with a remote server through a wireless network; and the remote server has a license plate recognition function and a parking space charging management method. The parking space charging management method comprises the following steps that: the camera collects a parking space image fi every fixed time T, and sends the parking space image fi to the remote server; when a vehicle is driven into the parking space, the remote server identifies a license plate number P0, and stores the license plate number P0, the parking time ti and the parking space image fi; when the vehicle is parked in the parking space, the remote server recognizes the license plate number P0 of the vehicle, and saves the current time tk and a parking space image fk; and after the vehicle is driven out of the parking space, the remote server recognizes that the parking space is empty or recognizes different license plate numbers, calculates the parking fee q=(tk-ti)*r, and then carries out associated account fee deduction.

    本发明公开一种直进和斜进停车位的自助停车收费系统,停车位的底部中间位置设置可以摄像机,正对所述的停车位的进出通道,并设置唯一的设备编号,匹配对应的停车位,所述的摄像机设置无线模块,可通过无线网络连接远程服务器,所述的远程服务器设置车牌识别功能和停车位收费管理方法,包括以下步骤:摄像机每隔固定时间T采集停车位图像fi,发送给远程服务器;当车辆驶入停车位后,远程服务器识别车牌号码P0,将车牌号码P0,停车时间ti和停车位图像fi保存;当车辆停在停车位上,远程服务器识别出车辆的车牌号码P0,则保存当前时间tk和停车位图像fk;当车辆驶出停车位后,远程服务器识别停车位为空,或者识别出不同的车牌号码,则计算停车费q=(tk‑ti)*r,然后进行关联账户扣费。
