The invention discloses a novel high-speed rail brake air pipe which comprises a stretchable air pipe. First flat connectors are welded to the two ends of the stretchable air pipe, stretchable air pipe external threads are formed in the outer walls of the first flat connectors, stopping devices are welded to the junctions of the first flat connectors and the stretchable air pipe, and clamping blocks are welded to the positions, welded to the stretchable air pipe, of the inner sides of the stopping devices. A protective shell is welded to the outer walls of the clamping blocks, second flat connectors are horizontally welded to the two ends of the protective shell, and protective shell internal threads are formed in the inner walls of the second flat connectors. According to the novel high-speed rail brake air pipe, the stretchable air pipe and the spring protection shell have a certain stretching elasticity, and therefore when a high-speed rail vibrates, the brake air pipe cannot fall off when the air pipe is subjected to the contraction force; and due to the protective shell, the stretchable air pipe can be protected against collision and wear of fine particles, and when the stretchable air pipe is subjected to the huge pressure to expand, the protective shell can prevent the stretchable air pipe to continue to expand, and the damage to the air pipe can be avoided.

    本发明公开了一种新型高铁刹车气管,包括伸缩气管,所述伸缩气管两端焊接有第一平接头,且第一平接头外壁开有伸缩气管外螺纹,所述第一平接头与伸缩气管交界处焊接有阻位器,且于伸缩气管上焊接的在阻位器内侧焊接有夹块,所述夹块外壁焊接有保护壳,且保护壳两端水平焊接有第二平接头,且第二平接头内壁开有保护壳内螺纹。本发明通过伸缩气管与弹簧保护壳都具有一定的伸缩弹性,因此在高铁发生震动时,气管受到收缩的力时刹车气管不会因此而脱落,通过保护壳,可保护伸缩气管在其内不受细小颗粒撞击磨损,且在伸缩气管受到巨大压力时发生膨胀时,保护壳可组织伸缩气管继续膨胀从而避免了气管破损。
