The invention relates to the technical field of tire rubber, in particular to a cross-country tire crown rubber composition and a tire. The composition is prepared by mixing the following components in parts by weight: 60-80 parts of natural rubber, 10-20 parts of cis-butadiene rubber, 10-20 parts of butadiene-styrene rubber, 30-45 parts of carbon black, 10-20 parts of white carbon black, 2-4 parts of a silane coupling agent, 3-5 parts of zinc oxide, 1-2 parts of stearic acid, 1-2 parts of tackifying resin, 1-3 parts of tear-resistant resin, 1-3 parts of a p-phenylenediamine anti-aging agent, 1-2 parts of a quinoline anti-aging agent, 0.5-1.0 part of paraffin, 1.0-2.0 parts of protective wax, 1.5-2.5 parts of sulfur, 1.0-2.0 parts of a sulfenamide accelerant, 0.5-1.0 part of 1, 3-bis (citraconoyl methyl) benzene, and 0-0.3 part of N-cyclohexylthiophthalimide. While the puncture resistance and chunking and chipping resistance of the tire crown rubber material are improved, the heat generation of the rubber material is reduced, the aging resistance is improved, and the durability of a finished tire is obviously improved; meanwhile, the low-temperature glass-transition temperature of the tire crown rubber material is obviously reduced, so that the tire crown is wider in adaptable temperature range.

    本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种越野胎冠橡胶组合物和轮胎。包含以下的组分按重量份数混炼构成:天然胶60~80,顺丁胶10~20,丁苯胶10‑20,炭黑30~45,白炭黑10‑20,硅烷偶联剂2‑4,氧化锌3~5,硬脂酸1~2,增粘树脂1~2,抗撕裂树脂1‑3,对苯二胺防老剂1~3,喹啉类防老剂1~2,石蜡0.5~1.0,防护蜡1.0~2.0,硫磺1.5~2.5,次磺酰胺类促进剂1.0~2.0,1,3‑双(柠康酰亚胺基甲基)苯0.5‑1.0,N‑环己基硫代邻苯二甲酰亚胺0~0.3。本发明在提高了胎冠胶料耐刺扎、耐崩花掉块性能的同时,胶料的生热降低,耐老化性能改善,成品轮胎的耐久性能明显提高;同时胎冠胶料低温玻璃化转变温度明显降低,表明胎冠可适应温度范围更宽。
