The invention discloses a novel lifting appliance anti-swing device, which is used for preventing a lifting appliance below a quay crane trolley from swinging. The novel lifting appliance anti-swing device comprises at least one underframe, at least one torque motor, at least one anti-swing winding drum and at least one anti-swing steel wire rope, wherein the underframe is connected with a cross beam of the quay crane trolley; the torque motor is fixedly arranged on the underframe; an output shaft of the torque motor is connected with the anti-swing winding drum; the anti-swing winding drum is wound with one end of the anti-swing steel wire rope; and the other end of the anti-swing steel wire rope is fixedly connected with the lifting appliance. According to the novel lifting appliance anti-swing device, swinging and shaking of the lifting appliance can be corrected in real time through mechanical equipment, and the loading and unloading efficiency and operation safety of a quay crane are improved. Compared with traditional eight-rope anti-swing and electronic anti-swing, the novel lifting appliance anti-swing device is simple in structure, convenient to operate, safe, reliable, low in initial investment and maintenance cost, free of load bearing of the anti-swing steel wire rope and long in service life.

    本发明公开了一种新型吊具防摇装置,用于防止岸桥小车下方吊具的摇摆,包括至少一个底架、至少一台力矩马达、至少一个防摇卷筒和至少一条防摇钢丝绳,所述底架与岸桥小车的横梁连接,所述力矩马达固定设于底架上,所述力矩马达的输出轴与防摇卷筒连接,所述防摇钢丝绳的一端缠绕于防摇卷筒上,防摇钢丝绳的另一端与吊具固定连接。本发明利用机械设备能够实时纠正吊具的摇摆晃动,提高了岸桥的装卸效率和操作安全性。本发明与传统的八绳防摇和电子防摇相比,结构简单,操作便捷,安全可靠,初始投资和维护成本低廉,防摇钢丝绳无需承重,使用寿命长。
