The clamp comprises a clamp body, a hoisting portion, a fixed hook head, a movable hook head and a safety lock, wherein the hoisting portion, the fixed hook head, the movable hook head and the safety lock are arranged on the clamp body. The vertical mechanical clamp is characterized by further comprising a sliding plate, the sliding plate is installed on the lower side of the clamp body through a plurality of connecting pieces, the lower ends of the connecting pieces are hinged to the sliding plate, the upper ends of the connecting pieces are hinged to a pin shaft on the clamp body in a sliding mode through formed sliding grooves, the outer edge of the sliding plate is located in an outer ring of the steel coil, an opening allowing the fixed hook head to penetrate through is formed in the middle of the sliding plate, an inner ring of the steel coil is located in the edge of the opening, a cushion block is arranged on the lower side of the sliding plate, and the cushion block corresponds to the middle position between the inner ring and the outer ring of the steel coil. According to the vertical mechanical clamp, the circumstance that the tower-shaped inner ring and the tower-shaped outer ring of the steel coil and the overflow edge of the steel coil are pressed and folded by the clamp is avoided, and the circumstance that the end face of the steel coil is scratched in the hoisting process is also avoided.
本发明公开了一种防止损伤钢卷的立式机械夹钳及其使用方法,该夹钳包括夹钳本体以及设在夹钳本体上的起吊部、固定钩头、活动钩头和安全锁,其特征在于:还包括滑板,滑板通过若干个连接件安装在夹钳本体下侧,连接件的下端与滑板铰接、上端通过开设的滑槽与夹钳本体上的销轴滑动铰接,滑板的外边缘位于钢卷外圈以内,滑板的中间设有供固定钩头穿过的开口,钢卷内圈位于开口边缘以内,滑板下侧设有垫块,垫块对应钢卷内圈和外圈之间的中部位置。本发明避免了夹钳将钢卷内外圈塔形和溢出边压折,避免了起吊过程中将钢卷端面刮伤。
