The invention specifically relates to a lifting device for a large ring piece, and belongs to the technical field of lifting appliances. The problem to be solved is to provide a rapid and safe lifting device for a heavy ring piece, and the adopted scheme is as follows: a sliding sleeve is slidably arranged on a sliding rod in a sleeving mode, a plurality of sleeve hooks are hinged to the lower portion of the sliding sleeve, and at least three jaw columns are fixed to the lower end of the sliding rod; clamping jaws used for clamping and locating the heavy ring piece are hinged to the other ends of the jaw columns, an upper sleeve and a lower sleeve are arranged on the lower portion of the sliding rod in a spaced mode, the upper sleeve is fixed to the sliding rod, the lower sleeve can slide relative to the sliding rod, when the lower ends of the sleeve hooks descend to the position between the upper sleeve and the lower sleeve, the sleeve hooks are hooked to the lower end of the upper sleeve, and when the lower ends of the sleeve hooks ascend from the outer side of the lower sleeve, the lower sleeve blocks the sleeve hooks from being hooked at the lower end of the upper sleeve. According to the invention, the lifting safety for the ring piece is improved, time and labor are saved during transfer of the lifting appliance, and the working efficiency of lifting operation is increased.

    本发明具体涉及一种大型环件起吊装置,属于吊具技术领域,所要解决的问题是提供一种重型环件快速、安全起吊装置,采用的方案为:滑筒套滑动套设于滑杆上,滑筒套的下部铰接有多个套勾,滑杆的下端固定有至少三个爪柱,爪柱的另一端均铰接有用于将重型环件卡紧定位的卡爪,滑杆的下部间隔设置有上套、下套,上套与滑杆相固定,下套可相对滑杆滑动,当套勾的下端降至上套和下套之间时,套勾勾在上套的下端,当套勾的下端自下套外侧上升时,下套阻碍套勾勾在上套的下端;本发明提高了环件起吊的安全性,且吊具本身转移省时省力,提高了起吊作业的工作效率。
