The back-jacking structure is connected with a basement top plate corresponding to a construction elevator foundation area and a basement bottom plate located below the basement top plate. The back-jacking structure comprises a cross beam arranged on the basement top plate, the upper end face of the cross beam is flush with the upper end face of the basement top plate, and the lower end face of the cross beam is flush with the lower end face of the basement top plate. A first anchor plate is included and is pre-buried in the cross part area of the cross beam, and the lower end face of the first anchor plate is exposed out of the lower end face of the cross beam. A second anchor plate is included and is pre-buried in the basement bottom plate area under the cross beam, and the upper end face of the second anchor plate is exposed out of the upper end face of the basement bottom plate. A latticed column is included, the upper end face of the latticed column is fixedly welded to the lower end face of the first anchor plate, and the lower end face of the latticed column is fixedly welded to the upper end face of the second anchor plate. According to the scheme, on the premise that the construction quality is guaranteed, the construction cost is reduced, the construction period is shortened, and later-period ending work can be accelerated.
本发明公开了一种新型施工电梯回顶结构及其施工方法,回顶结构分别与施工电梯基础区域对应的地下室顶板和该地下室顶板下方的地下室底板连接;所述的回顶结构包括:交叉梁,设置在地下室顶板上,且交叉梁的上端面与地下室顶板的上端面相平,交叉梁的下端面与地下室顶板的下端面相平;第一锚板,预埋设置在交叉梁的交叉部区域,且第一锚板的下端面外露在交叉梁的下端面;第二锚板,预埋设置在交叉梁正下方的地下室底板区域,且第二锚板的上端面外露在地下室底板的上端面;格构柱,其上端面与第一锚板下端面焊接固定,其下端面与第二锚板的上端面焊接固定,该方案在保证施工质量的前提下,节约了施工成本及工期且可加快后期收尾工作。
