The invention provides a passive parallel separation design method for a two-stage aircraft, which is characterized in that two-stage injection aircraft comprise a first-stage aircraft and a second-stage aircraft which are connected to two ends of a parallel connecting rod separation mechanism, and the relative positions of the first-stage aircraft and the second-stage aircraft are fixed under the constraint of a connecting mechanism when the aircraft horizontally take off to a separation window; after arriving at the separation window, the connecting mechanism is unlocked; under the combined action of aerodynamic resistance and constraint of the parallel connecting rod separation mechanism, the second-stage aircraft rotates backwards and upwards, after the first-stage aircraft reaches a preset separation angle, the parallel connecting rod separation mechanism and the second-stage aircraft are unlocked, and the first-stage aircraft and the second-stage aircraft are both in a free state and start an unconstrained separation process. According to the method, the contradiction between the first-stage and second-stage shape fusion design and the separation design is solved, safe separation completely depending on aerodynamic force is realized, and the separation scheme is simple and reliable.
本发明提供了一种两级飞行器被动式并联分离设计方法,两级入轨飞行器为一级飞行器和二级飞行器,连接于平行连杆分离机构的两端,在水平起飞至分离窗口期间一级飞行器和二级飞行器在连接机构的约束下相对位置固定,到达分离窗口后,连接机构解锁,在气动阻力和平行连杆分离机构约束的共同作用下,二级飞行器向后上方转动,到达预定分离角度后平行连杆分离机构与二级飞行器解锁,一级飞行器、二级飞行器都处于自由状态开始无约束分离过程。本发明解决了一二级外形融合设计与分离设计矛盾,实现完全依靠气动力的安全分离,分离方案简单可靠。
