The invention discloses an integrated steering control scheme for a double-pump and double-motor hydrostatic drive tracked vehicle. The scheme comprises the steps that S1 an accelerator adjusting device is connected with an accelerator pedal through a mechanical mechanism, so that the accelerator pedal can control the operation state of an engine; S2 a central steering controller explains an accelerator pedal signal, a steering wheel signal, a brake pedal signal and a driving mode signal input by a driver into target rotating speeds nM1 and nM2 of motors on the two sides, and sends the target rotating speeds nM1 and nM2 to a pump displacement controller and a motor displacement controller in real time; S3 the pump and motor displacement controllers adjust the actual rotating speed of motors on the two sides to be consistent with the target rotating speed, and vehicle steering reflecting the intention of the driver is achieved. Two steering branches can be controlled respectively and can also be controlled to be a variable pump and a constant displacement motor and a constant displacement pump and a variable displacement motor in a segmented mode through the variable pump and the variable displacement motor, so that the vehicle has the characteristics of low-speed constant torque and high-speed constant power, and meanwhile, the vehicle can run at an extremely low speed.
本发明公开了双泵双马达静液驱动履带车辆一体化转向控制方案,包括S1:油门调节装置通过机械机构与加速踏板相连,使得加速踏板能够控制发动机的运作状态;S2:中央转向控制器把驾驶员输入的加速踏板信号、方向盘信号、制动踏板信号和行车模式信号解释为两侧马达目标转速nM1和nM2,并实时发送给泵、马达排量控制器;S3:泵、马达排量控制器调节两侧马达实际转速与目标转速一致,实现反映驾驶员意图的车辆转向;本发明的两条转向分路都可以分别进行控制,也可以通过变量泵和变量马达分段控制为变量泵+定量马达和定量泵+变量马达,从而使得车辆实现低俗恒扭矩,高速恒功率的特点,同时能够实现极低速度下的行驶。
