本发明公开了一种径向轴向预压缩限位转臂节点装置及安装方法,主要包括:转臂节点外套、芯轴和过载保护装置,其中过载保护装置同轴的设置在芯轴外周上,且同轴的设置在转臂节点外套内周上,过载保护装置包括两个硫化体组合体和第二橡胶体,硫化体组合体包括第一转臂节点内套、第一橡胶体和第二转臂节点内套,第一橡胶体设置于第一转臂节点内套与第二转臂节点内套之间。通过芯轴设置过载保护装置,防止转臂节点结构发生破坏;弹性挡圈的能有效防止转臂节点发生轴向窜动,减少磨耗;采用硫化体组合体的使用实现径向与轴向的双向预压缩,提高产品抗疲劳性能;轴箱转臂节点内外套的搭配使用限制了转臂节点径向位移,防止位移过大引起橡胶体破坏。
