The invention provides a virtual power plant power control method and device based on charging piles. The method comprises the steps of collecting the charging power of each charging pile in a target area in real time; receiving a scheduling area control total target power; judging whether the total target power is effective; if the total target power is effective, calculating a difference value between the sum of the current real-time charging power of each charging pile in the target area and the total target power; if the difference value is greater than 0, calculating the target power of each charging pile which is being charged in the target area according to an equal margin algorithm; and sending the target power of each charging pile which is being charged to the corresponding charging pile. According to the method, the problem of power consumption load peak in the power consumption peak period in the region is solved, and the construction of peak regulation units is reduced.
本发明提供了一种基于充电桩的虚拟电厂功率控制方法及装置,该方法包括:实时采集目标区域内各个充电桩的充电功率;接收调度区域控制总目标功率;判断总目标功率是否有效;如果总目标功率有效,计算目标区域内各个充电桩的当前实时充电功率之和与总目标功率的差值;如果差值大于0,根据等裕度算法,计算目标区域内各个正在充电的充电桩的目标功率;将各个正在充电的充电桩的目标功率发送给对应的充电桩。本申请解决了区域内用电高峰时段内用电负荷高峰问题,减少了调峰机组建设。
