The invention provides a preparation method of a fireproof deck of a ship. The fireproof deck is composed of an inner-layer fireproof partition plate, an outer-layer fireproof partition plate, reinforcing strips and a deck layer, and the inner-layer fireproof partition plate is made of glass fibers and thermoplastic resin materials. The outer-layer fireproof partition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 40 parts of polyether, 55 parts of polyester, 15 parts of JTM polyether, 4 parts of silicone oil, 2.1 parts of a catalyst, 8 parts of triethanolamine, 6 parts of water and 48 parts of a flame retardant. The reinforcing strips are made of 2.5-4mm glass fibers and thermoplastic resin materials. After the scheme is adopted, the structure is reasonable, the using effect is good, the process is simple, and operation is convenient.

    本发明提供一种船舶防火甲板的制备方法,所述的防火甲板由内层防火隔板、外层防火隔板、加强条、甲板层构成,其中,内层防火隔板由玻璃纤维和热塑性树脂材料制作成形,外层防火隔板各组份质量份为:聚醚40份、聚酯55份、JTM聚醚15份、硅油4份、催化剂2.1份、三乙醇胺8份、水6份、阻燃剂48份;加强条采用2.5‑4mm的玻璃纤维和热塑性树脂材料制作成形。采用本方案后的结构合理、使用效果好、工艺简单、操作方便。
