The invention relates to an environmental control gas circulation device for kilometer-level oxyhydrogen saturated diving. The device is characterized by comprising a gas filtering section, a dehumidification heating section and a fan mounting section; the gas filtering section comprises an air purifying box which is mounted in a filtering shell and movably inserted in the filtering shell; the dehumidification heating section comprises a dehumidification heating shell, two ends of the dehumidification heating shell are a dehumidification end and a heating end respectively, the dehumidification end of the dehumidification heating shell is connected with the exhaust end of the filtering shell through a flange, a dehumidification pipe set is installed in the shell of the dehumidification end and communicate with two water openings in the flange of the dehumidification end, and a heat exchanger is installed at the heating end; the heating end of the dehumidification heating shell is connected with the conveying shell of the fan mounting section through a flange; and the fan mounting section comprises an anti-explosion air blower installed in the conveying shell, and an air outlet is formed in a shell body of the conveying shell. The device has the functions of CO2 removal, peculiar smell removal, dehumidification and temperature control.
