A wheel translation transmission mechanism is composed of a main shaft (1), an auxiliary shaft (2), a star wheel (3), an elastic body (4), a bearing (5) and an auxiliary shaft flange plate (6). A driven shaft (2) coaxially connected with a driven shaft flange plate (6) is arranged on a main shaft (1) through a bearing (5) and can rotate relatively, star wheels (3) composed of one ends of elastic bodies (4) and two half short cylinders are all arranged in a main shaft circular groove (7) and can rotate, and the other ends of the elastic bodies (4) are all arranged in a driven shaft rectangular groove (8). An engine gearbox acts on the main shaft (1) to rotate, the star wheel (3) and the driven shaft rectangular groove (8) are meshed with the two ends of the elastic body (4) to generate a synchronous periodic elastic bending moment effect in an elastic cavity, and along with synchronous periodic autorotation of the star wheel (3) relative to the main shaft circular groove (7), the driven shaft flange plate (6) drives wheels to generate translational friction and balance reinforcement effects on the road surface. The transmission mechanism can improve the automobile driving effect and is energy-saving and environment-friendly.
