The invention discloses a range-extended electric vehicle and a control method and system.The range-extended electric vehicle comprises an engine, a generator, a traction motor and a power battery, the generator is connected with the power battery, the engine is used for driving the generator to supply power to the power battery, and the power battery is further connected with the traction motor; and the power battery is used for supplying power to the traction motor. The method comprises the following steps that in the running process of the extended-range electric vehicle, the generator is controlled to be in a rotating speed closed-loop control mode, the traction motor is controlled to be in a torque control mode, and whether the power battery is disconnected with a direct-current bus or not is judged; and if the power battery is disconnected with the DC bus, the generator is controlledto be smoothly switched from the rotating speed closed-loop control mode to the DC voltage closed-loop control mode, and the traction motor is controlled to keep the current mode unchanged. Therefore, when the power battery is suddenly disconnected, out-of-control and overvoltage of the direct-current bus voltage are avoided, and the reliability of the extended-range electric vehicle is improved.
本发明公开了一种增程式电动汽车及其控制方法和系统,其中,增程式电动汽车包括发动机、发电机、牵引电机和动力电池,发电机与动力电池相连,发动机用于驱动发电机给动力电池供电,动力电池还与牵引电机相连,动力电池用于给牵引电机供电,方法包括以下步骤:在增程式电动汽车运行过程中,控制发电机处于转速闭环控制模式,并控制牵引电机处于转矩控制模式,以及判断动力电池是否与直流母线断开连接;如果动力电池与直流母线断开连接,则控制发电机由转速闭环控制模式平滑切换至直流电压闭环控制模式,并控制牵引电机保持当前模式不变。由此,在动力电池突然断开时,避免直流母线电压失控及过压,提高增程式电动汽车可靠性。
