The invention discloses an urban load power supply safety recovery method considering weighted power flow entropy. According to the method, charging and discharging characteristics of an electric vehicle and cold load starting characteristics caused by loss of load diversity in a load recovery process are considered based on an existing power grid environment, and starting from economy, safety and rapidness, a multi-objective function considering load recovery amount, improved weighted power flow entropy and the number of recovery lines is correspondingly established. According to the invention, through the adopted recovery strategy, the number of recovered lines in the first time step is as few as possible, and the number of recovered lines in the other time steps is as many as possible, so that it is guaranteed that important loads in the first time step can be recovered as soon as possible, and the situation that the recovery process becomes slow due to the fact that the number of input lines is as few as possible in the other time steps is avoided; by adopting a decomposition-based multi-objective evolutionary algorithm (MOEA/D), the constructed multi-objective load recovery model is optimized; and through an example of an IEEE30 node system, a pre-arranged plan for rapidly and safely recovering the load after the fault of the existing power grid is effectively established.

    本发明公开一种考虑加权潮流熵的城市负荷供电安全恢复方法,基于现有的电网环境,在负荷恢复的过程中考虑了电动汽车的充放电特性和由于负荷多样性丧失导致的冷负荷启动特性,从经济性、安全性和快速出发,分别对应建立了考虑负荷恢复量、改进加权潮流熵和恢复线路数的多目标函数。采用的恢复策略在第一时步考虑恢复线路数尽可能少,其余时步恢复的线路数尽可能多,从而保证在第一时步重要负荷可以得到尽快恢复的同时,避免在其余时步中为了使投入线路数尽可能少而导致的恢复进程变缓。采用基于分解的多目标进化算法(MOEA/D)对构建的多目标负荷恢复模型进行寻优。通过IEEE30节点系统的算例,有效建立现有电网故障后的负荷快速安全恢复预案。
