The invention discloses a new energy automobile high-voltage distribution box which comprises a box body, two heat dissipation shells are welded to the inner wall face of the box body, mounting frames are welded to the interiors of the two heat dissipation shells, and heat dissipation fans are fixedly mounted on the surfaces of the mounting frames through bolts. The new energy automobile high-voltage distribution box has the beneficial effects that the two heat dissipation fans are installed on the installation frames on the inner sides of the two heat dissipation shells through bolts correspondingly, and then multiple air inducing pipes of U-shaped structures penetrate through the heat dissipation shells to be fixedly connected with the connecting ports of an air inducing cover in an inserted mode; when the two heat dissipation fans are started, the two heat dissipation fans enable cold air to pass through air supply holes in the surface of the heat dissipation shell to be guided to the partition plate in a convection mode, and two groups of air inducing pipes and air inducing covers which are communicated with the heat dissipation shells enable the cold air to be guided to the upper portion and the lower portion of the inner side of the box body, so that the cold air is guided to the two installation carrying plates through air blowing holes of the air inducing pipes, (the installation carrying plates and the supporting plates are provided with first through holes and second through holes, so that penetration and circulation of cold air are facilitated), and synchronous and uniform heat dissipation of electrical components on the partition plate and the mounting carrier plate is realized.

    本发明公开了一种新能源汽车高压配电箱,包括箱体,所述箱体内壁面焊接有两个散热壳,且两个散热壳内部均焊接有安装框,所述安装框的表面螺栓固定安装有散热风扇。有益效果:本发明通过将两个散热风扇分别螺栓安装在两个散热壳内侧的安装框上,然后将多个U型结构的引风管贯通散热壳与引风罩的连接端口插接固定,当开启两个散热风扇时,两个散热风扇将冷风透过散热壳表面的送风孔对流式导向隔板,而连通散热壳的两组引风管和引风罩将冷风引向箱体内侧上部和下部,使得冷风透过引风管的吹风孔导向两个安装载板(安装载板和支撑板上开设第一通孔和第二通孔,有利于冷风的穿透和循环),实现隔板和安装载板上电器元件的同步和均匀散热。
