The invention discloses an angular velocity measurement method using a magnetic bearing. Inverse solution of a spacecraft attitude angle is realized by training a neural network, and when the neural network is trained, by taking two radial displacement signals and electromagnetic driving current signals of a magnetic bearing control system as training samples and the attitude angular rate of the spacecraft as a label of a training sample, in order to avoid attitude inverse solution errors, a BP neural network based on convolution data preprocessing is adopted for training, current signals of the previous moment and the next moment of the current moment can be considered through convolution of electromagnetic torque current signals, a BP neural network based on convolution data preprocessing is trained by using a gradient descent method, the weight of the convolution BP network and the value of a bias term are determined, and finally, the BP neural network is programmed into a gyroscope attitude control system, so that the attitude angular velocity of a spacecraft on that day can be detected in real time, and the reliability of the attitude control system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种利用磁悬浮轴承的角速度测量方法,通过训练神经网络实现航天器姿态角的逆解算,在训练神经网络时,将磁轴承控制系统径向两路位移信号和电磁驱动电流信号作为训练样本,将航天器的姿态角速率作为训练样本的标签,此外为避免出现上述姿态逆解算误差,采用基于卷积数据预处理的BP神经网络进行训练,通过对电磁力矩电流信号的卷积,可将当前时刻的上一时刻和下一时刻电流信号考虑在内,再使用梯度下降法对基于卷积数据预处理的BP神经网络进行训练,确定卷积BP网络权值和偏置项的值,最后将BP神经网络编入到陀螺仪姿态控制系统中就可以实时检测当天航天器的姿态角速度,提高姿控系统的可靠性。
