The invention discloses a contra-rotating sealing assembly which comprises a shaft hub and a shaft sleeve which are used for being connected to a pair of parts rotating in opposite directions respectively. The shaft hub wraps the shaft sleeve and is connected with the shaft sleeve through a bearing; a salient pole and a concave pole are arranged on the side edge of the bearing; a U-shaped or V-shaped groove is formed in the concave pole, and the concave pole and the permanent magnet are connected into a whole and fixed in the shaft hub; the salient pole is fixed on the shaft sleeve, the top of the salient pole is arranged in the groove, and a U-shaped or V-shaped gap is formed between the salient pole and the groove; the gap is filled with magnetic fluid; the magnetic fluid is accumulated at the bottom of the groove under the action of a radial magnetic field provided by the permanent magnet right above the outer side of the concave pole, and a U-shaped or V-shaped sealing belt is formed between the salient pole and the concave pole by utilizing the principle that the fluid is in static pressure balance in the U-shaped pipe. The invention provides the contra-rotating sealing assembly which has self-adjustability and is suitable for high rotating speed and the contra-rotating propeller adopting the contra-rotating sealing assembly.

    本发明公开了一种对转密封总成,包括有轴毂及轴套,分别用于连接在一对相互反向转动的部件上;所述轴毂外包于轴套之上,并通过轴承与轴套连接在一起;轴承侧边设有凸极和凹极;所述凹极上设有“U”型或“V”型凹槽,并与永磁体连为一体固定在轴毂中;所述凸极固定在轴套上,顶部置于凹槽内,与凹槽之间形成“U”型或“V”型的间隙;所述间隙内填充磁流体;所述磁流体在凹极外侧正上方永磁体提供的径向磁场作用下积聚在凹槽底部,并利用流体在U型管中静压平衡的原理,在凸极与凹极之间形成“U”型或“V”型的密封带。本发明提供了一种具有自调节性且适合高转速的对转密封总成及采用该总成的对转推进器。
