The invention discloses a damping device and a bogie, the damping device is arranged on the bogie, the damping device comprises a friction part, the friction part is at least partially located between the side wall of the end of a swing bolster and a side frame of the bogie, and the friction part is in friction fit with the side frame; the damping device further comprises a swing part, one end of the swing part is rotationally connected to the friction part around a first axis, the other end of the swing part is rotationally connected to the swing bolster around a second axis, and the first axis and the second axis are both parallel to the width direction of the bogie. According to the scheme, when abrasion occurs, horizontal component force acting on the friction part is increased, and correspondingly, horizontal component force transmitted to the side frame is synchronously increased, so that the friction force between the friction wall of the friction part and the side frame is increased, namely, although friction loss occurs, the friction force is increased. Therefore, the reduction of the vibration reduction effect caused by friction loss is improved or avoided.

    本发明公开一种减振装置和转向架,减振装置设于转向架,所述减振装置包括摩擦部,所述摩擦部至少部分位于摇枕端部侧壁和转向架的侧架之间,所述摩擦部和所述侧架摩擦配合;所述减振装置还包括摆动部,所述摆动部一端绕第一轴线转动连接于所述摩擦部,另一端绕第二轴线转动连接于所述摇枕,所述第一轴线和所述第二轴线均平行于转向架的宽度方向。本方案中发生磨耗时,作用在摩擦部上的水平分力会增大,相应地,传递到侧架上的水平分力同步增加,从而增加摩擦部摩擦壁和侧架的摩擦力,也就是说,虽然发生摩擦损耗,但摩擦力反而会增加,以改善或避免摩擦损耗所导致的减振效果下降。
